Where do I click to upload a file to LEX? Please help friends!

I'm not sure but I think you have to have permission to upload.    I'm sure Dedgren or Jeronij or Barby will let you know, if you ask one of them.

You can't "upload" exactly. To have things uploaded on the LEX, you need a Candidacy thread in this forum:

And the process is explained here:

You'll then be instructed to send the files you wish to have uploaded to be scrutineered. Here is a list of things they look at for uploads:
