Brown boxes for CSX Lodge - Randy Trout

I recently downloaded CSX Lodge - Randy Trout and get brown boxes.  Upon checking the dependencies it appears that the problem is that I don't have CP Trees as Props.  So far I haven't been able to find it to download.  First I looked up CP Props and downloaded CP_PropPack_Vol01 and Vol02.  It didn't help.  Then I read somewhere about a Cycledog Mod.  But it crashed the game apparently because of two files CPT 8 and 9.  So I removed them and the game is again fine.  But I still have brown boxes.  Then I read that CP Trees as Props is jeronij's.  So I have been looking for Jeronij's CP Trees as Props.  All has been to no avail.  Hence I am here.  Any help as to how I can remove the brown boxes for CSX Lodge - Randy Trout would be greatly appreciated.

You need the CP Trees as Props here: http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=27 but you will need the two tree controllers as well.

Thanks for the fast response.  Not to be too greedy but could you show me where to get Columbus Terrain Mod (including Jeronij's snowcapped version).  I seem to be able to find parts of it but not just one place to download the entire thing.  So I don't know if I have all the parts that are necessary or not.
