trying to find 2 prop packs but i cant find them

I'm trying to find these to prop packs i have looked everywhere but i can find them can you help me

the first prop pack is SimGoober Grocery Props i checked all of SimGoober uploads but could not find this plus i tried to download it from simtropolis but it is looked by the Administrative for reason that i do not know

The second prop pack is BSC_Railyard_props_Vol1 i checked but i can not find it

any help would be very good

SimGoober Grocery Props can be found in [this prop pack (LEX)].  The BSC Railyard props can be found [here (LEX)].
