Iis there any props or skins that can be used for the Cloverleaf junction for a sunken highway or any light polls that could fill in the inner sections of the Cloverleaf so it will not look so empty

You can find The Great Chozo's Highway Masts here (STEX). They can be placed in the 'leafs' of a cloverleaf interchange.
There is a highway T-Intersection skin, but it can only be successfully used on sunken highways (tutorial by TheTeaCat here (SC4D)) here (STEX).
