Does the Brown Box Meal at least come with a toy?

Hey all!

I've got the RL fast food file (McDonalds, Wendys, dairy queen, etc)...but it's showing up as brown boxes.  Can anyone tell me which dependency I'm missing?

If the pack you are referring to is the kevdan25 Updated lots BSC, then the Readme and download description both give the following:
