ohhhh g-- d---. I downloaded a few plugins. Ran SC4DatPacker(I ran it before to when I had other plugins). And now is it a DISASTER!
Look at attached image:

What should I do now?

Looks like you need to read the readmes.
When you download a lot, most of them have what we call dependencies.

Dependencies is needed to be downloaded to avoid the packings you get.
They are listed in the readmes, sometimes with links to where to download it.

HandsOn

I don't think this is just a matter of having missed some dependencies: the place is littered with brown boxes. It may well be that the approach to DAT packing went wrong; you state that you had DAT Packed before the installation. Rather than hitting the PC, you might want to describe the steps you took. For example - if you packed your plugins, then installed and then re-packed without the moving the affected original folder back into plugins (and conversly removing the corresponding DAT file) your plugins folder could go out of whack. You might want to take a look at the DAT Packer Manual. It could help.

ok I explain better.
I know what a dependencies is. I had all the dependencies that the readmes told. I builded up my city without any boxes. Then I ran SC4Datpacker a few days later, and alot of dependencies(dat files) disappeared.

HandsOn: Here is the steps.
1.(This happend long time ago) Game lagged becuse I had over 2000 files in my plugins folder. I ran SC4DatPacker and everything was 100% perfect.
2. I downloaded a few new BATS from simtropolis, so I ran the tool again. Everything is ok.

Ok. Sorry if I implied you were an innocent at large. Not my intention. Unfortunately, the current version of DP leaves an audit files that is - almost literally - a mile long and not really usable. Thus we have to find out what you downloaded. If you can remember that, go to your unpacked folders, remove the culprits, delete the respective DAT file with the same name as the folder; move the folder back into plugins, run DP again, and move the folder back out once DP is done. If you can now play he game without getting BB's, you're done and your downloads are buggy.

If you still get BB's, create a new region, and start a city, to see if iy happens there as well.

The message SC4 shows is rather unhelpful: according to the experts is an internal ID of an exemplar. But it is very hard to find which is which, especially if you have 2,000 plugins.

My guess its a texture or prop, because it appears almost everywhere. Hence another guess: did you download the buildings_as_props update from the Maxis official site? I guess you have, since you appear to be playing for some time. If not, this is an essential and it is also available on the LEX (check support files - I cannot recall the link) or at Sim Kurier.

I appreciate the help HandsOn, thanks.
But there was no way fixing this.
I had a backup of all Plugins folder. My backup was little outdated. I am going to download the other BATs tomorrow I lost.

But I got another problem, and I had this on snice the start, there is one growable building which is just a box, but I will make another topic about that one.
