Wow... both are amazing! Another tough round.... But it looks like my choice is going to be...

Wait a second... I should elaborate on this. HandsOn's has excellent showcasing of custom BATs, and an overwhelming European feel. However, the only thing wrong with it is the American style buildings off in the corner. Otherwise, an inherently great picture. Etherian's picture has amazing use of custom walls, but it doesn't really have many custom buildings in it.

You are right Jacob, this is another very tough round!

HandsOn: Wow!  Talk about an amazing shot right there.  Everything looks good, except for those two Wren Insurances placed right next to each other.  But that's not too bad, considering the perfect level of traffic as well as the layout.

etherian: Your pictures are always outstanding, and this one is no slouch.  There's actually a pretty reasonable amount of CC in there, and the maxis buildings blend in well.  Those trail/grass lots and slope walls are the things that really make this shot shine!  My only complaint on this one is that the road in the middle has no traffic whatsoever... even the trails look dead.

It was very, very close, but etherian get my vote.
