Missing texture but what one?

This image shows a missing texture on 3 separate lots. I have loaded every texture and prop listed in SNM's readmes, yet this ground texture is missing from about half of the SNM lots. What texture should be appearing here? Seems to me it's the BSC Mega Textures Pack but I have the latest BSC Textures Vol 01, and Vol 2 installed. Am I missing a texture or is the a bug related to the game (or the Mac version, which I'm running). Thanks.

you are defintly missing a texture there R10b...  Do you have this texture pack per chance BSC_TexturePack_Cycledogg_V 01?  Im certain that might be the one you are missing...

That was it! While I try to come up with an explanation for why I missed this after going over the readme a dozen times I will just say thank you.
