SimCity 4 Deluxe Water Surface Turned Black - Need Help!

I have a glitch in my SimCity 4 Deluxe game where the top of the water has turned black. I have installed a number of  Mods & Bats, (as shown below) but followed the instructions within the readme files. However I must have missed something that is causing this conflict. I'm hoping that someone with this knowledge can help direct me to where I can fix this problem

Update:

I notice now that if I go into a new region the water is default blue. I can then go into the "Create a City" and the water is still default blue. If I save before or when I exit that

city the water surface is black but if I don't save the water remains default blue.

Please if anyone knows what may be causing this I would greatly appreciate your help.

If any further information is needed I will do my best to provide it.

Any chance you could show a zoom 5 (closest zoom) pic of the water's surface?  I don't think it's a conflict or glitch.  Rather, by the looks of it, you have installed a water mod (apparently without realizing it) that basically applies a new texture to the surface of the water, but I can't tell from that zoom which one it is.  It's darker than most PEG or c.p. ones I'm familiar with, but there are several other less used ones out there.

Oh my...
I think that perhaps it is caused by my work "JRP".

Please check a following file in your Plugins folder.
Mas71_JRP-AddonLotPack02/xx_Options/JRP_WaterMod_Beta.dat
and you should remove it and re-start a game.

I'm sorry,
I did not upload a zip by the "Installer". (for MAC users I had worry it for them.)
It's a cause of your problem I think.

That did the trick. It was the Beta files from that particular pack. You guys are the best. I truly appreciate the help and very quick response.
I will have to remember where the Beta files go next time I try them and remove them first.

Ah, glad you got it figured out.  I hadn't looked at Mas's newest set of lots yet, so hadn't seen the water mod he included, but I'm glad he spotted it.

but I also had a virus on my PC at  the same time so i thought it might have been that instead
