You can change the contents of your Plugins folder. If you do not want e.g. that mountain stuff on certain tiles, move it out of the Plugins folder before loading those tiles.

The way I do this is to have several versions of the Plugins folder, then I can switch between them by renaming folders.

There is also a tool which can help with this, the StartUp Manager available on the LEX or at SimCityKurier if you prefer to get the German version.

I was on the right track then, though wished for a simplier route.

And thanks, I'll check out the program alittle later, those can make a difference.

For the mountain stuff, there a property 'minimum slope allowed' in the lot exemplar file. As 'maximum slope allowed' sets the maximum slope on which a certain building will grow, I suppose 'minimum slope allowed' sets the minimum slope on which a building will grow. ()what() I've actually never tried it out during the modding of my Alpine styled residentials. I'll give it a closer look this afternoon, first I must finish some other things for Barby :D

Edit: Did some research today and it seem to work. I think I'll make some new Alpine houses to experiment a bit further with this property. If you want to experiment yourself go with the Ilive reader to the lot exemplar file and play with the 'minimum slope allowed' settings :)
