Missing Dependencies Links???

hmm.... i've just palying SC4 RH since 3 weeks ago (the same week i had bought a new pc ) .... other words i'm completely newbie here.....

i have some question....
1. I have already downloaded some plugin for this SC4 RH (BAT files, Prop, etc),but some of dependencies i need for the plugins are not available in the links given anymore!!!! .... so, can u give me some active links for the dependencies i need?? (some of the creator are BSC, SNM, PEG(pegasus??))
2. Where can i get SC4DATPACKER??? and what is the function?
3. is there a better program to create my own lot instead of using lot editor??

It is a program to pack the files that are in sub folders into large dat files. This helps to speed up the game. There is a thread for this program here: http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=204.0
There isn't any other program to create lots. Lot Editor is the only one.
I asked you in another thread for a list of the dependencies that you are missing links for. Please post that list here and we will help you.

I will help but not with active links....I don't have that much time.  First thing you need to do is register on the LEX.  2nd thing you need is the BSCCleanitol...which is on the LEX also....run that program and it will give you all the updated prop packs you will need.  3rd thing you need to do is get all the Mega packs...use the wonderful search button....on the LEX and at Simtropolis.  While you are at ST...search for Peg on the STEX and you will find all his downloads also.  4th thing....using all caps...bold and black...to me is yelling and demanding...PLEASE do not do that again...I have helped this time but yell again....and I will ignore you.

Please follow what D66 has suggested as if you search the LEX for Dependency Packs, Dependency packs - Props, Dependency Packs - Textures you will find most that you are looking for. Active cannot be given to Peg's site at the moment as it is still in a state of flux. You can access the PLEX, however, and have a look at what is there.
As D66 also said please do not use all caps and bold as it is very rude and a signal of a demand.

If the dead links are at simpeg.com then you will have to go to the site yourself and look in the PLEX. There have been URL changes there and we cannot give final definite ones at the moment.

Most of the BSC dependencies at SimPeg's Plex can be found here.

Not sure what you mean by Pegasus' military collection, unless you are referring to the CDK, which has some Navy bases as rewards.

For the rest of the Pegasus lots, you can go over to the Plex to find what you need.

everyone,.... thanks for ur help..... most of the dependencies have been found.... but does anyone know where can i find terrain mod or trees mod.... especially coconut trees? <----- i cant find them anywhere......


ahhh... one more.../ i wanna download buildingprop_vol1 & vol2 from simcity.ea.com but i must register first to download it.... i have a problem with my SN.... it's not working to register my game..... i thought my SC4 CD is a bad copy .... anybody wanna help me for this case??? email me if u wan to help.... esd_7788@yahoo.co.id, thanks

The terrain mods are at Simtropolis and Pegasus' site - search for cycledogg. Coconut trees and other exotica are on Simtropolis - search for Goldiva

We cannot help with missing dependencies from a Japanese BAT. You have been told about this and are continuing to ask inapprorpiate questions. Please stop before you are asked to take a holiday from SC4D and the LEX.
