SC4 Picture Competition

I don't like cathedrals with so much empty space around, they belong in rather dense environments (with only very little exceptions with extraordinary circumstances in RL)

I still like Adam's marvellous composed industrial shot so I go for him (ennedi)

Due to the somewhat awkward photshoping with too much contrast and general dull look, my vote goes to Ennedi (despite the cobblestone  )

I vote for art128. Although it's a hard choice. Art's pic is over-photoshopped a bit. Too much contrast. Ennedi's pic displays a plant in cold conditions, and is attractive. However, Art's pic appeals more for me for some odd reason.

So, Art gets my vote.

If there was a little more "life" in art128's pic, I would've gone with his pic. Ennedi's refinery gets my vote.

I really like the layout in Art's pic, but the area does seem a bit lifeless, and I have to wonder what all those green spots are doing there.  It looks like radiation, or the stuff spilled from toxic waste trucks and rail tankers.

There are great effects used in Ennedi's shot, and those fences around the edge of the refinery look nice.  The parking lots could do with some more maxis car clusters, though.  There also appears to be a t-path towards the bottom of the pic that doesn't connect with the entrance, but those two things are very minor details. 

My vote goes to Adam (Ennedi).

Art's pic is well done. It uses a very well made BAT and the grounds around it are nicely constructed. Like ky72x, I am curious to know what the green spots are, but aside from that, it's a very balanced, well crafted pic.

Ennedi's pic has some fun with perspective in a way, with the reactor dome crammed up into the camera lens. The brightness of the cars is interesting considering the foginess/haziness of the area. The lots fit together quite well.

Tough call, but this round my vote goes to Ennedi.

Ennedi gets my vote as well, although I do think that boths pics could do with having a little more life in them. Art128's needs some cars on the roads and Ennedi's could use a bit of "junk" (trucks, crates, etc) on that big concrete patch that runs across the middle of the picture. Apart from that, both are very nicely done.
