Caspervg: Good showcase of the MIS and RhW, but its kinda dark, and.... well.... a little plain and boring. I think it would really benefit from some lighting and a little more mix of flora.

Simpson: Great picture. I love the canal and the choice in flora. However, I do notice quite a few of the same building... which, depending on the situation could be a bad thing. Not so bad in this one, but could be problematic.

Simpson's picture isn't bad, but Porter's is very realistic and I haven't seen it before... Very icy and snowy and cold, something that's hard to replicate for SC4.

Now, pure SC4 or really good photo editing?  

I like Simpson picture very much. I think you would win 80% rounds in this Competition, your pic is better than some others which entered into the HoF - but they had easier competitors  

If I would see only good photoshopping on Porter's picture, I would vote for Simpson. But this waterfront is very good SC4 picture too: open spaces are very realistic and they form a perfect background for skyscrapers. New MAS71's walls look fantastic, I especially like the composition of three curves: waterfront, avenue and circle-quarters (I forgot how this BAT is called, it is old but good).

And of course I love the frozen water!
