Porter's pic looks a tad nippy, and I still need to read the story it's connected with in his MD (Timbervale, if you haven't seen it yet). For the pic comp I've never been a big fan of photoshopped images (except for minor corrections etc) even though this looks pretty good. There's no traffic, but on a day like that, who would wan to be on the roads?

nerdly_dood's pic makes good use of some of c.p.'s buildings, but the huge walls that are created detract from the pic a bit. a little terraforming and rearragining the zones could result in a smoother slope down to the water. Not a bad start though.

This round my vote goes to Porter66083.
