I got a lot of requests like "I-91 West/East" or something like that. Honestly, I get a bit tired of that, because I want to make signs that are maybe not so deatailed, but can be used in many situations. Good examples:


As you can see, the signs are not very clear, but they can be used in many situations. What's better?: hundreds of different clear signs that is specificly ment for one situation, or a few general signs that can be used in many situations? Getting my point? And making many different signs will take a huge ammount of time. I have two other projects running, one MD to keep up and a real life to live. In other words: I can't work 24/7 on the signs. So please be patient, I'm just a man.

I am in no hurry. You are doing a great job on the signs. If I knew how to edit the models
I would make them. Anyway I was just asking, if you don't have the time don't worry about
it. It is not a big deal.

Great job on those signs.  When I was heavily into SC3k, I used to make Interstate Highway markers with the Building Architect Tool that came with the unlimited version of the game.  What type of image files do you use to make your signs?

In said case of wanting semi-generic signs, would you be able to do a set (along the style of those GTR ones) with a generic but not-actually-existent design if I make some mockup sign faces for you? Or would that be far too much?

Edit: Also, what set is that in the 3rd pic with the Autoroute signs? Is it the same as on the first post in the thread? And if not, where might it be found?

@Zakuten: Yes, I can do that. And by the way, those french autoroute signs are recently published on ST. The one from the top post was another pack from the ToutSimCity site.

@Streetlight725: Ok, would you mind if I made your sign request more generic? (for example, you don't have a specific CTE-route 9, but just a CTE-Route sign)

Yes,The signs could be more generic.CTE Route signs just say 9 East/West.

I think i figure out what it was: it's a sign used to indicate when the emergency breakdown lane is open to drivers. ( in order to ease heavy traffic in German cities.)...... Then again I could be wrong.
