Irrelevant to the two pictures, but relevant to the competition in general: I usually type the name and score of the person in the lead first, and the one i vote for in bold. If they are tied I put the person I vote for first and in bold. If I cast the winning vote then the winner's name and score is in red bold text.

Cockatoo-210893 gets my vote for two reasons. one, it's a great pic! two, there are some flaws with art128's picture. number one, the overpass is a bit bumpy. number two, why would they build a bridge in that place? the water ends like 50 meters (i'm no SC4 scale expert so that number may be wrong) so it doesn't make sense.

art128's pic is great. although i do agree with what metasmurf mentioned above, even though that bridge does look great over the water, from a technical point of view it is close to the end of the water, where there is another road. maybe the road could dead end at the ole fishin' hole? just my opinion.  something else that stands out to me is the jagged edges along the road and rail. i think it was SFBT who made an amazing set of filler lots to fix this. still, its an excellent pic.
