Need help finding curved rail pieces in menu

I cant find the curved rail pieces in the menu where is it supposed to be?  I have the latest NAM installed etc but cant find it.  I can see the curved road pieces but cant find the rail.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In your main transportation menu, go to the rail menu and find the icon for elevated rail puzzle pieces, and click it. You will immediately be able to plop the ground/elevated rail transition piece. Press Shift + Tab once to go one item backwards in the tab loop and you should then have the rail curve selected.
My days here are numbered. It's been great and I've had a lot of fun, but I've moved on to bigger and better things.
