Release announcement to make:  The Corpus Christi and Hampton Roads maps have been released on the LEX.  The Colorado Springs V2 map, which was modified from my original by Shadow Assassin, will be released in a 2-Pak with the original by the end of the weekend.

cool, the corpus christy map looks great!! my only suggestion would be to turn the map into 45' angle, because the area of the main city is diagonal (looking up to north) so it would be easier at SC4 to build turning the angle...

Arthur: Thanks.  As soon as I'm done with all the USA maps [doing those first because the DEM data is much much more defined than the international DEM data] I'll begin on the rest of the world   At this moment, I have all of Australia, all of the Indonesian Island chain, all of New Zealand, all of the British Isles including Ireland, all of Japan, most of the Mediterranean area, parts of Europe and China downloaded already. 

deathtopumpkins: I would hope it was accurate, since the data came from USGS   if not, then there's something wrong with the data   Anyways, glad the Hampton Roads map passed your standards and I hope you enjoy developing it.  Feel free to post a pic or two here of your development

I used Cycledog's Meadowshire Terrain mod, but can't be sure exactly where you can find.  I'm sure someone out there knows
