Well it's hand-made by me.

Perhaps its similar to something you've seen, but everything in that image is a custom LOT I created.

The road with dividing line with trees is a very nice addition, someone should do a mod to allow that with real roads

Youcef: I really like that Shell lot.

Something we don't have in the US is privately-maintained gas stations and rest stops that have their own access ramp on our Interstate highways - in Spain I've seen ones like those. In the US all we have are VDOT (Virginia Department of Transportation)-maintained rest stops that provide a restroom, a small park to stretch your legs from hours of driving, and a few vending machines - no gas and not a great meal.

I also note that you have borrowed a MIS texture for lot-editor use... that's something I could definitely use.

I think the lot isn't really going over the MIS, but it's probably an overhanging LOT. Anyways it's very nice!
