This is the first time since my return in mid-August from the summer hiatus I took because of my job and like I've said a thousand times before, you never cease to amaze me with every new BAT you create. My library of your BATs just got a little bigger tonight

Keep up the eye-popping work my friend.

Papab2000: thanks, actually you just need the lot editor to make lots, it is very straight forwards and i am sure you will get the idea in 5 mins.

I love your work David... it's got a great modern style that would fit in in modern skylines everywhere, and Sim City too!

I really like the golf course clubhouse in the architecture section... is that one you're still working on, or is that available somewhere? It's really neat too!!

Always been a fan David as you well know and the new project looks fabulous will make the perfect addition to my new city I have under development, one I will try and fill with modern architecture. So your talents will prove rather important in the coming months lol

CabraBuitre; the NHP club house was released long time ago...it's part of the NHP golf course project(FLOG) leaded by jplumbley...I created the clubhouse models for the project. I think here is the link: http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=795
the actual building props are listed in the readme file, please read the instruction for the prop pack links...if you have lotting skill, you may also make custom lots with these prop as well, here is an example by Fox in the simtropolis:

Hm, how about the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban then? (Or the FNB-Stadium in Johannesburg, but that would just be my second guess as I think it's looking quite a bit like the Allianz Arena)

On a second instance, I love your BAT's, they are really awesome. I have some of them in my city (Mosman). Maybe some day I will post it here in SC4 Devotion, but I'm not confident with my english...

Thanks everybody, so here is a sneak peek as promised, it is far from finish as you can see, especially the textures. but anyway, any comments?

Engorn: yes, i will have the props ready in few days, and send you the link. i will probably upload it to my website. Also, thank you for dropping by and you should be confident about your english, it is quite good, i can understand every words you said. Plus no one care about grammar and spelling here anyway.
