@nerdly_dood What you just said about franchised gas stations that are only highway bound not on US interstates is not the case in my state. Granted they wouldn't look like this flat, they are ususally elevated, and the building hangs over the highway, and may have a McDonalds, or somethng, but usually there is gas stations on each side of the interstate, then just one.
@Youcefk69 Highway Oasis's are very important. Its great to see you take care of that, and with the MIS. First off, I have never seen those gas station props anywhere, do you know where you aqquired them? I really like the idea but I think the lot is a bit small. Maybe you should add some more parking spaces.

Hey, great start for a first lot!!
I think you have done a good job so far, if I were you I would have put in a few zebra-crossings around the market stalls, and maybe som people props as well to make it a bit more alive 
Anyway, keep up the good work!

I would suggest, since everything seems to fit neatly on the grid squares, that you consider breaking this into three smaller lots, as it would allow more felxibility of the pieces and still allow the same look (unless there is a reason to keep them together that I have not noticed). Aside from that, perhaps place some people around those tables.

Yeah, adding some people to it, and IMO using more coherent tree props would make it look nicer, and more pleasing.

So many talented lotters but so few who start a LEX candidacy. Why? It is a shame that so much talent is going to waste so come on, guys and gals, get a candidacy thread opened up.

Something that goes for me personally, is that it seems that lots that I create for personal usage, always seem to look better then when I create something meant for release. Possibly, this happens because I use my complete plugins-folder when I lot for personal use, instead of my "Plugins LE" folder, that I use for lots I intend to be released someday. Even so, it can be very though to mod a lot after the actual lotting (and also TE'ing), and this also keeps me away from even attempting to scrutinize my relot of the Warsaw Station by Feroxx (which I find to be my best lotting so far).
