No streetlights appears.

Hi, this is kinda weird but I wonder if anyone can help me out on this one:

Where have all my streetlights gone?
A while back I (suddenly..?) noticed there was a severe lack of streetlights/lamp-posts in my cities. Watching all kind of great MD`s and pictures made me realise that having no streetlights aint no fun! 

I have asked this question over at another suite, but no responce. So I decided to try here, hope some of you nice people here can help me out!

To the problem: Street lamps appears at avenues and bridges, but not on streets and roads.
I have Deluxe edition all official updates from EA, all nightlights works ok. Latest NAM, Euro texture mod, SAM, SFBT street side mod, Jrj optional sidewalk. (I have removed and reinstalled all of these mods, but still no use.) No light replacement mods or such.
Besides I have a bunch of other custom content, but I really cant see how any of them should effect the streets/roads. 

Any ideas would be highly appreciated!

In my signature is a link to a guide that will help you solve this problem.  The most likely problem is something you have downloaded has caused you to lose them.  You need to move everything out of your plugins and check in game to see if they are there in a new city.  Then slowly move items back into your plugins (I would suggest starting with network stuff) untill the problem happens again.

Oh God, thanks a bunch Diggis! This was a real bummer, I think I was hit by the "it want happen to me" syndrome, and well you know..

So I finally went to the point splitting my folder, wich should have been done ages ago, and at last I found what I was looking for.
It was a cul de sac-mod containing a dat-file named "cds_no_lights", I`m really embarrassed and should have found this file at an earlier stage, my apologies and thanks again for the quick and helpful reply!

Ahh, yes, that one removes some of the street lights as otherwise you will end up with a light in the middle  of the cul-de-sac
