The billboard is from uni's USA Billboard GTA set, that can be found here (STEX).
The plaza is a custom lot by Squidi, but the monument in it is Powl's Birck Plaza, that can be found here (STEX)
I was not able to locate the building with Lion King on it myself. Sorry for that.
