A really tough choice this time around.  I really like the use of European plugins Yoman uses, but dsrwhat316's pic has caught my attention.  I'm not real big on canals and such, but this pic just may change my mind about that.  My vote goes to dsrwhat316

Yoman's pic is great with the wide sidewalks and the tiny plazas, but dsrwhat316's pic does a great job with blending different styles of canals and the dam makes a nice focal point for the pic, the park paths that surround it also help blend the buildings in too. Tough call on this round (but then, that's part of the fun). My vote goes to dsrwhat316.
