Can someone explain the "PLEASE NOTE THAT BEFORE INSTALLING THESE LOTS YOU MUST BULLDOZE ANY EXISTING LOTS IN CITIES OTHERWISE THE PHANTOM SLIDER BUG MAY APPEAR CAUSING MANY PROBLEMS" in these two categories of Sim Goober's lots? I looked over the readme a couple of times and am confused what lots I am supposed to bulldoze, just SG's hospital and education lots, Maxis hospital and education lots or all lots. Any help would be appreciated

• Goober Gen Library
• Goober Gen Aquarium
• Enyati Urban School
• Enyati Urban College
• Larger High School
• Milwaukee Club Library
• Museum of SimNation
• Old Brewery Museum

After bulldozing, but before installing the updated ones, you should also run Cleanitol with the included RemoveList files.
