Help Please!!!!!!!

Hi first of all I apologise if this is in the wrong section I am new to the forums.  Have to say a huge thank you for all who make these wonderful plugins, addons or whatever the technical term is (am still learning) you are all Sim Gods!!

I haven't played Simcity for a while as I had to replace a hard drive, have reloaded SimCity came back SC4D and downloaded favourite plugins, everything working beautifully, NAM, SAM, Euro roads, etc.  But my Gascooker pubs, houses, etc are not growing.  Sorry, City not the same without a few pubs and terraced houses.

I have checked and double checked that I have all the dependancies needed.  Have ran Cleanitol four times, even deleted plugins and reinstalled everything, running cleanitol again.  Have let city grow and grow, just in case my patience was the problem, still no pubs or terraces!!

I apologise if I am missing something obvious, but have followed install instructions to the letter.

If anyone can help would be very grateful.

All the gascooker lots only grow in the Euro tileset so make sure you have Grow in all tilesets selected.
