gametime freeze

I have a problem the gametime freezes all the time, a month take's about 5 minutes on fast speed,
pc specs 3,6ghz intel, 3gb Ram 3, something gb plugins, copressed to 1,8 gb.
how to fix this??

DatPacker made a HUGE difference in my game play.  Completely changed it, for the better.

I use datpacker, i have NAM, CAM, some health, savety, education, parks, harbours and some stuff more, all downloaded from the stex, lex, and plex. i checked all cleanitol files, all read me files.

Does it occurs on high populated cities only or also in low pop cities ?

Does your RCI demand graph vary a lot ?

What pathfinding did you install along the NAM ?

I installed te new GREAT NAM, and now the problem is less, not completely gone, but better. I still isn't running perfect. my city's are not that big to be the problem. traffic plug is now Z-ultra.
