I like both pictures...Art's shot has a nice feeling and aura to it, however I believe that's broken by the framing and text placed over it on the image. Orange's city has an excellent combination of buildings for an urban setting but those mansions nestled among the skyscrapers breaks the continuity.

A tough choice, but my vote goes to art128, making it:
6-4 in favor of Orange_o_.
