moin everybody,

here's my question ...
i'm doing some bating and now about to texture, so if i use a logo of an existing company (for example an old IBM logo).... is it  .. ahm kind of criminal  &mmm .. or what?

No, there are tons of company logos in the game, like the coca-cola HQ by SG.  As long as it's not for profit there should be no issue.  ;)

The use of a company's trademark is permissable as long as it is used "as is" and is not distorted with the intention of causing harm to the reputation of the company....such as putting a McDonalds logo on a refuse dump.
The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it

Dang, would this also include a sewage facility branded with Starbucks?  :D
