BSC No Maxis Mod not working

I am using the BSC no Maxis Mod and it is not working. It is inside my plugin folders and still keeps growing maxis buidlings is their anything I am missing?

Did you installed CAM ? IIRC Cam modifies some Maxis building to be more in line with it.

I have cam installed but I took out the Z _cam cause I thought it was conflicting with the NAM. Do I need this?

Yes you do need the Z_CAM folder.

No, you do not need the z_CAM folder!
To remove it in order to let NAM set the traffic controller was the right thing to do.

In which subfolder did you install the BSC No Maxis Mod?

Its in the Plugin_compressed subfolder in my docs/simcity 4/plugins folder

Plugin compressed is used by DatPacker, there shouldn't be anything installed manually in there
You should install the BSC no maxis in BSC subfolder, then re pack your BSC subfolder which will update the "plugin_compressed".
I hope you don't have "BSC" and "plugin_compressed" when you're playing
