Actually, I was wondering the same thing. Though, not "why is it a big deal?" More like, how does one receive the honor?

Oh I'm so relieved ... there's someone else who doesn't know.   ;)  And you know, "big deal" as in the sense of why does everyone ooh and ahh and get all excited when a custom label is bestowed upon someone else.  Of course, if we knew *what* it was, we'd probably know the how and the why.

I did, but I'm not quite sure I understand, except that it's popular at ST (and I don't understand it over there, either).  I mean, I understand it's an award but what does "not that bad" mean WRT to badsim?  Or some of the others?  I guess they're inside jokes?
