@ Lee its all good there no need to appoligize... That is something beyond your control and something the Duplicators didn't keep track of...

@ sfchao just a wee bit o patience there my friend, as Lee did say there is a delay cause of a mishap at the Dupilcators....

I am happy to say that while I was home on leave from Afghanistan I received my disc. I have had little time to look through it but what searching I have done, it is definitely worth it and a big thanks to everyone involved!

I had a quick question about the Disk that I do not think has been answered or if it has I have just overlooked it. I have approximately 300 downloads and I am guessing that 295 of those are from the LEX. I would say that this would cover the majority of the content on the LEX Disk but am still very much considering getting it but wanted to know how does the duplicate material interact. With the installer from the disk will it take care of everything or am I going to wind up with a ton of duplicates since I created my own folders to organize; transportation, utilities, commercial, etc...? Also is the installer on the disk quick to use, a couple of clicks and are you on your way to Sim City Paradise?

Well I sent the PM to BarbyW, but I haven't received a response of any kind, so I'm not sure if it was fully successful or anything.

Yes it was successful, commanderkai, and your DVD is on its way.
The DVD has a lot of exclusive material as well as much of the downloads available on the LEX. We included all possible Dependencies - the ones we couldn't include were those for whom we had no permission - and some of the tools available like SC4Terraformer and SC4Mapper plus all cycledogg's terrain mods. It can be regarded as a back up plus exclusives.
The DVD has its own browser - written specially by Daeley - but is browsable by folder via Explorer. The folders are divided into groups like Agriculture, Transport etc with sub folders in each. It has the April 2008 version of NAM, not the latest version as the DVD was compiled before it was ready.

Since my hard drive recently fried and my old back up is a mess, I'm thinking about buying this disk and start over. But since it's as expensive as buying the game again, I wanna make sure, are all the dependencies already in it? And are these compatible w/ NAM from Jan09?

The disk isn't for sale but is a gift if you donate 25€ or more to support SC4Devotion.
I was compiled last September so has everything up to that point in the way of dependencies from the LEX. It also does not have the Jan 2009 NAM but the previous version which can be updated with the Jan 2009 ones.
It has a huge amount of stuff on it including a lot of DVD exclusives.
