Need to identify this lot

Hi All! This lot popped up in my city, and I haven't been able to identify it. It's obviously missing a building, but there is no OPPS flag. There is no query for it when I click on it. The pointer does tell me it is High Density R$$$. I have all the BSC props and all the Essentials from the LEX DVD installed.



Does anyone recognize it?

Hi Kendra that is PEG's Memorial Drive kit, I hope that be the devil you are looking for...

Well, the entrance maybe FROM the memorial drive kit, I doubt it is what is growing.  If I'm not mistaken, that looks like one of those grow-able blank lots.  As to what one, well  is all I can say.

No, that archway entrance is from the movie studio lot, which is not a dependency.

Well, this is interesting....... one of the ks-jpn tower residences appeared on this lot, and I know it's not meant to grow there. I do remember seeing information about buildings growing on the wrong lots, and about empty lots growing, but I haven't been able to find it! Can someone direct me there?

Kendra, you need Growing Empty Lots and how to correct them.
I didn't see that model listed in there though.
