I'm among the other 100% of players that find it aggrivating that farm demand is non-existant in big cities (I guess EA is full of people that think food comes from the supermarket). I have a city of ~80000 people that I want farms on the outskirts of... However my agricultural demand is 0. Even with the super-demand ordinance.

Is there any way to force farming demand? Any mods?

If not, does anyone know what the fine line is where it instantly crashes to 0? It has nothing to do with industrial population, cause I tried deleting every piece of industry in the city, and it still didn't come back. I tried lowering education funding to 0 to make my sims dumber. Nada.

Any help would be most lovely. Thanks in advance!

That seems to have all the answers in one neat little package...

Conna try the census vault, and leaving my schools on strike for a hundred years to see if I can kill the education in my city and get a few more farms to develop.

Thank you!
