Cities not showing up in Region View

Hi, I think this is the right place to put this.

I have problem with some cities not showing up at all in region view after I've played them for a while.
I have Simcity Deluxe, and NAM installed (though I had the problem before NAM aswell, so it's not its fault). I'm playing in Window Mode with a custom resolution if that's any help.
It's a bit hard to explain, so I'll let the picture do it instead:


So, any solution to this problem?

The same tends to happen to me once in awhile. Usually I just enter the city (it should still be there), and save it again, and afterwards exit. When you restart the game, the region view should look like it should.

It works for me, I hope it works for you.

I get this most of the time, I hardly ever can see the city in region view, it still works fine, just a little annoying so if anyone doe know a fix for, it would be great

ive noticed this when i save and while it's saving, i tab to the internet or photoshop and then return to sc to find it like this. but it seems to go away if i repeat the save and not tab to anything.

This has happened to me as well.

I think if you do anything else while the tile is saving, this will happen. When you save and exit to the region, make sure you don't touch anything until it goes to the region view--it should show up then.

That's a nuisance it takes so long to save (probably because I don't DatPack), I usually switch to here.

Just have to live with a blank preview
