Highway/Avenue onramp & overpass

How do I get my avenue to cross over my ground-level highway with on-ramps? There's a ploppable for roads, but not avenues.

You should have a close look at the Road Menu  --> there are two different ways to create a avenue-over-highway-crossing: first with the "standard" avenue overpass, second with the avenue overpass puzzle pieces. In both cases after selecting the respective menue item you need to hit the tab key severeal times in order to select the right piece
