Quayside tower - dependencies

Hi,

Quayside Tower CS$$ 10 3x4  is a brown box.   Cannot find my readme to see what dependency is missing (I have some big system issues where some dependencies and other files have just "gone" ......)   Can someone please either advise what dependency is crucial, or post a link to this building, so I can track down the problem.

If you look at the CS$$ CAMelots list you will find that the building is in NDEX ITS MEGA Props Vol11 on the LEX.
