Hello,

This is going to sound strange, as I haven't run across similar problems from searching the forum, however after installing the NAM I am unable to have any industrial development in any city. I zone the area correctly, streets, power, etc...nothing. Demand is through the roof for I-D and I-M. Regional population of over 400,000 all industry currently from plop.

I started the region and this was going on, so I've been able to succesfully develop an entire region from industry plop, however it would be so much easier to just zone industry and have it develop. Tax rate down to zero to encourage, nothing. I've tried starting other regions, still nothing. I don't know if something changed in my game or anything like that but this all happened directly after updating to the most recent version of the NAM.

I'm not a "noob" and I have an extensive collection of SimGoober downloads, as well as a host of others. Any answers or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

Maybe you are using the Left Hand version of the game(cars are driving on the left side of the road) without checking the left hand option in the NAM installation...I hope I helped...:)
