I dont remember the exact creator, but i got them on the STEX, just search parking lots

Thanks for the answer. Your shopping area looks amazing. I ended up spending some quality time downloading some Japanese BATs because I was so impressed. I love how you made it W2W. I can get W2W in my cities but it takes a lot of vigilance and plopping.
