Yep, I still got it.

Sometimes you're really lucky.

You made up a decent transportation system, use some rather "exotic" transport systems (it's the second time ever I used ElRail over road ;) ) and station (it's the first time I used arcedelia's station) and then some long waited growable grow just for the first time (never saw Domino's Sugar Factory in one of my cities!) where they just fit together: :)

mike3775

Those do go together really well.

In fact that entire area looks great with the single rail line cutting through it as well

Wonderful image Bernhard! The combination looks very good indeed

nas-t

bye the way.... the picture was taken from a helicopter and shows the area in the red box.
it's a part (!) of the citycore i'm planning. what you see its about 10-15% of the city core.

Here are two views of Blairsville in my newest region, Bradford Shores.  Hopefully it'll make it to a MD in the future but I'm using a big map that will take a while to get developed.

Not sure if this counts as a wasteland, but this is how I tend to build industrial sections.  I try to space the factories with either ploppable junk or the growable stuff like the chemical cooling units behind the cheese factory. This town is the HQ of one of the rail lines in the region so it's got a decent sized rail yard.

For what it's worth, I'm using the Marseilles map for this region.  If you're looking for a map with several sites for big cities, great mountains and valleys, check it out.  Great map.
No signature... I'm purely derivative.
