CSX Lodge Mikes Place-brown boxes

Hi all!  I loaded the CSX Lodge Mikes Place from the Lex DVD along with all the dependencies.  When plopped in my city, I have brown boxes:



The dependencies as listed are:
CP Cottonwood 1 to 5 Prop Vfamily
BSC_Flag_Pack_1
CP_PropPack_Vol01
CSX MEGA Props - Vol05
PEG_MTP_RESOURCE_vol1
CSX MEGA Props - Vol03
BSC_TexturePack_Cycledogg_V 01

I have doubled checked that I have them all.  Also, I have this same brown box problem with the CSX Lodge Randy Trout.  Please help!!

The models for the trees used on those two lots are in CPT_No8_TreeModelsPartOne.dat and CPT_No8_TreeModelsPartTwo.dat which are also on the DVD in the Mods and Terrain Mods/cycledogg/Terrain Mods and Tree Controllers/Tree Controllers folder. You do not need to use the terrain mods or other tree controllers, however, if you do not wish to but you do need the two files listed above.
