Help: Bat Virginia Place.

Hello. First of all, forgive me for some mistakes. I don't write in English very well, yet.
So... I have a big bronw box in my city where should be "Virginia Place" bat.
Virginia Place bat is a BSC's residencial bat.
Anybody Knows where can I find this bat? Or his dependencies?
I looked for it, but I didn't find.

That is very odd as you now have the building in place but none of the prop buildings each side. The prop exemplars are in the pack as is also a satellite dish that should be on the top of the building you are showing. It may be that you need to bulldoze the lot and let it regrow for the props to appear.

If you have the exemplar for a building/prop and are missing the models, then you get a brown box.

If you are missing both the models and the exemplars, then nothing will show up even if you have the correct files. The game can't display objects it didn't initially know about. Therefore, the missing objects will stay missing until the lot is replopped or regrown.
