Actually I cut off the school so the width is 4 and the depth is 2. There is basically nothing on the back.

EDIT: Here are two new Re-make lots I did in the LE for my Mayor Diary.

and this is Joerg's fantastic Dirkwood Arena which I lowered a level and redid the back with truck delivery bays and created a custom alley/street delivery and parking area.

Jayson, the most amazing thing about it is it actually works!  and it presents so many possibilities, like removing the peripheral buildings, making it a park, etc. Whoa, I think LE is calling again!

Yeah, presently I only have the 45 and 90 aves done , but they are pathed (not perfect , but they work) and plan on doing the road curves. I think it is a good alternative for MD's and such , but not necessarily for the average player.It also gives much more flexibility over my T-21 mods and gives more options.

Sometimes you really really need the LE because even though your plugin folder is exploding and the park'n'plaza menu is almost impossibe to handle even with the mouse wheel - nothing fits n a special situation. Like here where I needed a halfway representative plaza in front of the station:

But , in this case , it looks very good! I just wish the 2 parts lined up aesthetically and that the road had not been textured in...but that was my main complaint about that BAT...of course I can't BAT a wall , so who am I?

heres my version of the edificio saenz de oiza.  ive always liked this bat but the lot was really plain.
it was also a res plop before, so i changed it into a cs$$ plop with about 6000 jobs.  hopefully this
will help with my CS demand and it will look good in a lower wealth res. neighbourhood.

Nice job on that lot! The only thing I don't like is the swimming pool, I think it looks out of place.
