Various items I would like to see in SC4

Near where I live, several places exist called "professional plazas" or "professional centers". They are one-story building complexes containing a variety of mid-wealth tenants from mortgage companies and realtors to doctors and dentists.

http://www.76profplaza.com/ has a rendering that somewhat illustrates the concept. Lots of parking and covered parking.

There are also some that are multistory (see http://www.gtownplaza.com/ for an example) but this was done with a SimGoober BAT a while ago.

I still have Maxis buildings, and the same two styles grow on 2x3 and 2x4 land. They pop up everywhere and I need something to compete with them. I'm looking for some stylish European CO$$$ midrise office buildings to fill the gap.

I've noticed that there aren't any TV or radio station studio facilities except for the Maxis one. Buildings would be one to two stories with lots of rooftop satellite dishes (TV) and maybe a tall transmission tower. It would be nice to see more of these in SC4. Finding pictures and renderings of these are hard, but here are a couple:
