Fabian gets my vote: beautiful exaggeration of the colours, an increase in saturation to the perfect degree.
Maciex, you lose my vote mostly because of the disparity between train and locomotive, otherwise beautiful too.

Maciex, first of all, congrats for winning against me, your picture was fabulous !
Soo, for this round...
In Steamrobin's pic I like the natural of that view, the pond is nice and the use of flowers is great too, but I don't really like the big logo in the bottom, looks too massive for me.. 
In Fabian's picture, I really like the way he used the diagonals in the city, also nice mix of BATs. And that wall give me some inspirations to my new city ! 

Soo Fabian gets my vote this time.

Sometime it's the simply pics that are really the most amount of work to get it just right and in this case I think Steamrobin hit it right on with that pic.
