Please help!!!

I have recently discovered the NAM, but couldn't get it to run. Then realised i need to have sc4 rush hour for it to run. Downloaded it but it won't run either. I am computer illiterate so the instructions are always either very vague, like i'm just supposed to know what to do, or so technical that it becomes jibberish. Recently had my computer and old sc4 stolen, so starting from scratch. Can anyone show me how to get Rush Hour and the latest NAM to work IN PLAIN ENGLISH please? I thank you in advance...

Have you downloaded a legal, paid for copy or an illegal torrent type file? If it is the latter then I am afraid that no help can be given here other than to suggest you purchase a copy of SC4 Deluxe as that includes Rush Hour.

Got it from simcity.ea.com Rush Hour/Deluxe Edition Update, so should be pretty official. Should it be obvious as soon as you start playing it that its now the Rush Hour version if its been updated properly?

The Rush Hour/Deluxe Edition Update is an update for the SC4 Rush Hour, and you have to buy Rush Hour separately if you want it
