Are there any custom seaports available for download.....i am building a city on a small island and not being large enough for rail or highway exports it relies on ports but the generic maxis hunk of crap just doesn't cut it.  Please, if anyone could help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated.

Search the LEX for seaports. There also will be some stuff over at simtropolis (STEX), and PEGASUS has a complete series of modular seaport parts over at simpeg.com.

Also there is a "Show us your seaports"-thread here at sc4dev.
If it's a good idea, go ahead and do it. It's much easier to apologize than it is to get permission.

Hi,

surely there are seaports in the LEX! Just look out for the BSC Functional Seaports.

Also there are loads of Eyecandy lots for seaports as well.

Finally, look at the "How to build a seaport the hard way" thread in this forum.
