Texture conflict?

Here's a problem I just ran across.. the "grafitti" looks like its from a SimGoober lot perhaps? [edit: shown to be a maxis prop apparently] but its on another building.. any thoughts on the best way to zero in on the conflict? Or more knowledgeable folk my know other reasons for it

I think there's a mod to remove the graffiti, but I'm not sure
