This has to be one of the most difficult decisions I've had to make in this thread! There are so many things about both that are very excellent..but...when it comes to truly gathering the SC4 experience, I have to go with.........the animation!

Obviously, they have to be from SimCity 4.  Just to make it simple, pictures can't be larger than 1024 x 760 px. in size, although recommended size is 800 x 600 px. or smaller.  It is also recommended that all pictures be in JPEG (.jpg) format.  Animations are legal, as long as they aren't too big (either physically or in file size).  Photoshopping can be used to enhance the clarity of a picture or give it focus, but don't over-do it, you know?  For example:

Just to be clear so it does not go into voting consideration, according to the official rule animations are LEGAL.

With that being said, I like the direction that TTC is going but for the field to grow one entire cycle and the traffic to have moved just a couple of feet, I am going to have to go with io_bg.
