Hi Dustin!

I've been away for a while... again... but I refuse to apologize this time.  (Mostly because you never let me anyway!)

Your lotting continues to impress!         I've been following along even if I don't say much.  I could pick out things to mention during the past month, but they all looked so good that I wouldn't know where to start anyway.  You keep doing so well here that I simply run out of original comments to leave.  I guess that may explain why this is such a successful MD!  I'll try to keep up more in the future and leave more of my more typical detailed thoughts...

Wow Dustin,
You have impressed me very much with this one.  Just when I think I have seen your best work you come up with something better.  This area looks incredible and extremely believable.  I have no suggestions what so ever.  You have plenty of life in the pics, great setup, awesome choices of BATs and the LOTs are top notch, what esle is there?

Marvelous!  I really like the wide curved avenue running through the lot with the trees in the median, and the fact the textures don't miss a beat.    Excellent!

That sunken metro station is quite something too.  Is it functional or eye candy?

If you get an itch to post a night shot of the quay, you'd have an eager audience for it in me.

Incredible! Everything looks just as it should in reality, or better. You have a great selection of BATs and LOTs. I have to say, your custom lotting skills are something to admire, and I started trying my hand at it.

I headed off now to page 46, trying to catch up here. Keep it going, and I'll be back!

Superb work!  Nice to see another project finished up here!  Even better to see how much further along you're getting with the actual city development.  I'm looking forward to seeing another overview of how the island is coming along!

I simply adore the quay! I really love when you split the avenues between buildings. It creates a wonderful affect.

I do have one question for you. What is the name of the prop that has a group of people standing around talking to each other? I can never seem to find it. You used it a lot in the quay. I believe it's an original Maxis prop, no?

If I'm thinking what you are ... in the LE click on props then search using the word "mill" ... there is a group of four Sims standing around talking and also a group of three.

I noticed that I've received the same comment here in Marathon twice. As people where I live say: wazupwidat, yes that is known as one word here. But, seriously, Dustin, these were some awesome updates, and sometimes Marathon grows so fastly it's hard to keep up with it.

An excellent update, Dustin! The traffic by the MIMEX better be careful, with all those people piling onto the avenue there  It almost makes me think, that there is a ton of people in your plaza and promenades; when (or where) do these people work?

I do have a question; what is that building in the last mosaic, the diagonal one in the avenue split? I'd like to get my hands on it  Again, great update, Dustin!
